Richard Sanders has over 18 years experience in the mortgage industry. He has been an originator for 16 of those years working on loan programs such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, USDA, VA, FHA and THDA. Specifically, he is an expert in new construction and home purchases; as well as refinances of existing mortgages. He also has experience in processing loans. He is one of the top producing originators in the Middle Tennessee area. He is dedicated to fast accurate responses and a welcoming environment.
